Once a tired, single-level home, this beachside semi was transformed into to a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom dual-level home with expansive open-plan living areas, cathedral ceilings, and an adaptable work-from-home space. Featuring a raw and natural pallet, and with a focus on sustainability, this project celebrated the use of recycled brickwork, Ecostone paving, sandstone walls, Corten garden edging, polished concrete, and recycled roof tiles.
