Located within the grounds of the Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College, a prestigious private girls’ school in the heart of North Sydney, this concrete structures package included 6,000m3 of concrete over 15,000m2 of floor plate spread across 7 unique levels. A true marvel of modern engineering was the construction of 3 mega beams each spanning over 35m and each containing 300m3 of specially designed, temperature and curing controlled high-strength concrete. The beams formed the primary structure over the underground basketball arena and supported the entire 3 levels of structure above, including an 800m2 outdoor forecast boasting off-form tiered seating, running track, and landscaping.

We also constructed over 1000m2 of polished concrete stairs and slabs, as well as an 800m2 acoustical isolated roof-top tennis court.
