Established in 2013, and with its roots in construction management, Diversified Group has grown to encompass an in-house team of core trade-qualified staff completing active commercial and residential projects. Joel Hooper
Whether it’s Tier 1 construction or a boutique residential development, Joel finds energy from working with each trade, executing complex design details and ensuring only the best workmanship is provided for all of our clients. Joel brings vast experience in the construction and delivery of residential and commercial projects, having worked on an array of Tier 1 projects across his 17-year career in the industry. With an eye for detail and a focus on compliant design and building, Joel ensures that we deliver the highest quality in our projects.
Ben Caples
A Builder and passionate business owner, Ben brings extensive experience in construction project management, client and stakeholder engagement, contracts management, corporate governance, strategic planning, financial control and regulatory compliance. In his role as Director, Ben has a heavy focus on the strategic direction of the business and on establishing positive client relationships on each and every project. With a career spanning 17 years, Ben brings a wealth of industry experience and still maintains his childhood passion for building and development.
