Proudly engaged by Lendlease on their St George Community Housing project in Redfern, we completed the carpentry works to 160 apartments over 17 levels in this high-rise tower. Our scope included the supply and install of over 10,000m2 of hybrid flooring, timber play equipment, feature wall and soffit cladding, internal community spaces and custom craneable precast concrete seats that we self-fabricated in our yard and craned to Level 18 of the building.
